Camp Sebago is a Christian camp operated by The Salvation Army. Our ministry is to children ages 6-12 from Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. Sebago provides a low-cost opportunity for children who would otherwise not be able to attend summer camp. Campers will have an unforgettable week in a safe environment. Our goal is to have each camper see Christ's love in action and to experience activities they cannot do where they live.

Camp Sebago needs a staff that loves children and has a desire to share Christ's love with others. Working at Camp Sebago will make a lasting impression on your life! You will laugh, cry, get tired, sing songs, tell stories, give hugs, develop lifelong friendships, and make lasting impressions on campers' lives. Each day is packed with exciting activities for the campers to enjoy. Activities vary from nature, arts & crafts, athletics, pioneering, archery, swimming, and boating.

These are high energy programs, often themed events, filled with songs, skits, athletics, arts & crafts, and fun! The day starts and ends with devotions in their cabin groups. All staff are expected to set an example and actively participate in the planned activities.

Camp Sebago hires a summer staff of nearly 100 individuals from all over the US and the world. This provides a unique and diverse work experience for our staff and an exciting experience for our campers. Camp Sebago is located in Standish, Maine on beautiful Lake Sebago. There is a lounge available for staff during their free time, internet access, swimming, and boating. Sebago has a tradition of having staff return summer after summer because camp makes such an impact on their lives.
