A
sitefile is sent to you when corrections have been made to your Corps'
statistics. Whether the corrections were made at DHQ or THQ, the purpose
is to keep all three programs in synch with one another. This gives
you basic instruction on how to load these files when received.
A
distribution file is sent to add/remove lines and/or programs to
your statistical reports. This gives you basic instruction on how
to load these files when received.
Unless
you are unable to, due to program or computer malfunctions, all monthly
statistical reports need to be submitted electronically via transmission
file attachment. This gives you basic instruction on how this is done.
You
have an array of reporting options at your fingertips within your
local statistical program. This will walk you through the steps of
creating a year end activity report for your corps. As you go through
the steps you will notice the countless reporting options that are
available.
The
statistical program has specific lines that are available for use.
Custom lines can not be created. As an alternative you can create
customized option codes/subcategories like you see on lines 2100 and
3100. This walks you through the steps of creating and initializing
new option codes.
If
you ever wondered where certain activities/meetings should be recorded
or noticed a line in your program that you were not sure of you are
in the right place. This is a list of all the lines available in the
program complete with definitions. If you find a line that you would
like added to your reports please email Matthew
with the request.
